Something that really sets our neighborhood apart from other areas in Springfield: the energy, up and down the street. This idea led to Sankofa’s five, street-level shops. Inspired by North Springfield’s rich cultural history and diversity, each business offers something special for the lives of residents as well as our surrounding friends and neighbors.
5 retail spaces, each unique.
Business Incubator:
Operated by partner SMBA, this will provide a jumpstart for local entrepreneurs, specifically in Minority-owned, Women-owned, and Disabled-owned businesses.
Bike Shop:
The Drew Lewis Foundation/SBC Bike Shop will help the local Springfield community to safely ride more often with simple repairs, bike access, and bicycle education, and more.
